The Ocean Avengers and friends – making fisheries management cool
Rebecca Hubbard will be speaking at Impact Space Online on 5 March 2024.
Hear about how Our Fish took a technical and mostly invisible topic and made it fun and engaging for supporters across Europe. Through creative campaigning actions and rich engagement opportunities, Our Fish captured the attention of both campaigners and politicians. Programme Director Rebecca Hubbard shares how their small team made a big splash.
About Our Fish
From 2017-2023, Our Fish worked to end overfishing and restore a healthy ocean ecosystem. Overfishing must end if we are to address the biodiversity and climate crisis. By collaborating with others, and deploying robust evidence, Our Fish called for an end to overfishing as a critical and significant action to address the biodiversity and climate crisis.
